Choose a URL and template<\/a><\/h2>\n

Step 1st : Sign in to\u00a0Google Sites<\/a>\u00a0with your Google Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Step 2nd : Click\u00a0Create<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Step 3rd : Choose a template. Or, you can use the default blank template<\/a> or click\u00a0Browse the\u00a0gallery for more<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 4th : Enter a name<\/a> for your site.<\/p>\n

Step 5th : Enter a URL for your site.<\/p>\n

Step 6th : Your site URL<\/a> can\u2019t be connected to anyone<\/a> else\u2019s Gmail account<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Step 7th : Site URLs can only use lower-case letters and numbers.<\/p>\n

Step 8th : Your URL can be up to 600 characters.<\/a><\/p>\n

Step 9th : To start with a pre-set background, font style, and font color, click\u00a0Select a theme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 10th : To give your site a description or categories, click\u00a0More options<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 11th : At the top of the page, click\u00a0Create<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Note:-<\/strong>\u00a0You can change your template or theme later, but any prior edits to site style or layout will be deleted.<\/p>\n

Copy your site to a new URL<\/a><\/h2>\n

You can\u2019t change an existing site\u2019s URL, but you can copy it to a new URL. You can<\/a> only copy sites you own.<\/p>\n

1st\u00a0 \u00a0 Open your website in\u00a0Google Sites.<\/a><\/p>\n

2nd\u00a0 Click More actions\u00a0\"More\u00a0\"and\u00a0Manage site<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3rd\u00a0 \u00a0 Near the middle of the page, click\u00a0Copy this Site<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

4th\u00a0 \u00a0 Under “To” in “Site name,” type a new name for your copied site.<\/p>\n

5th\u00a0 \u00a0 If you don\u2019t want to copy the site\u2019s current sharing settings, unchecked\u00a0Copy site collaborators<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Copy page comments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

6th\u00a0 \u00a0 If you want to keep the revision history from your old URL, check\u00a0Include revisions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
